TAR-PLUS Soap is a traditional health soap specially formulated for eczema, psoriasis, and other scaly skin conditions. Enriched with Coal Tar (1% w/w) and Salicylic Acid (3% w/w), it helps reduce inflammation, itching, scaling, and redness while cleansing and soothing the skin.

The soap’s natural, non-toxic formula is scientifically proven to support healthy skin and provides gentle care for affected areas. TAR-PLUS can be used daily on eczema or psoriasis-prone skin to help manage symptoms effectively.

Key Ingredients:

• Coal Tar IP – 1% w/w (Reduces scaling & inflammation)

• Salicylic Acid IP – 3% w/w (Exfoliates and softens skin)

• Soap Noodle Base – q.s.

Directions for Use:

1. Wet the affected area thoroughly.

2. Apply the soap gently to produce a rich lather.

3. Leave the lather on the skin for 3–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

4. Use at least twice daily, or as directed by a physician.

Storage & Precautions:

• Store in a cool, dry, and dark place below 25°C. Do not freeze.

• Protect from direct sunlight.

• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes; rinse with water immediately if contact occurs.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• For external use only.

• Keep out of reach of children.

TAR-PLUS Soap একটি ট্র্যাডিশনাল হেলথ সাবান, যা বিশেষভাবে একজিমা, সোরিয়াসিস এবং অন্যান্য খোসখোসে ত্বকের সমস্যার জন্য তৈরি। এতে রয়েছে Coal Tar (1% w/w) এবং Salicylic Acid (3% w/w), যা সকলিং, লালচে ভাব, চুলকানি ও প্রদাহ কমাতে সাহায্য করে এবং ত্বককে পরিষ্কার ও শান্ত রাখে।

ব্যবহারবিধি:

3. লাদারটি ৩–৫ মিনিট ত্বকে রাখুন, তারপর ভালো করে ধুয়ে নিন।

4. দিনে অন্তত দুইবার ব্যবহার করুন, অথবা চিকিৎসকের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী।

সংরক্ষণ ও সতর্কতা:

• ঠান্ডা, শুষ্ক ও অন্ধকার স্থানে ২৫°C এর নিচে সংরক্ষণ করুন। ফ্রিজ করবেন না।

• সরাসরি সূর্যালোক থেকে দূরে রাখুন।

• চোখ, মুখ এবং মিউকাস মেমব্রেনের সংস্পর্শ এড়িয়ে চলুন; লাগলে জল দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিন।

• জ্বালা বা অস্বস্তি দেখা দিলে ব্যবহার বন্ধ করুন।

• শুধুমাত্র বাহ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য।

• শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
